On Sunday's episode of The Real Housewives of Miami we finally saw "the slap" when Adriana De Moura smacked Joanna Krupa in the face, and—file this under not surprised—Joanna is in no rush to mend that relationship.

"I don't see myself becoming friends with her anytime soon," the model turned reality actress told E!. "She was lying saying I'm the one that grabbed her when I never did. I'm disappointed she can't take responsibility for her actions."

"It's one thing to get in a verbal argument, especially when there's alcohol involved, but it's another to be physical," continued Krupa. "I never in my life have hit somebody."

Joanna is currently holed up with castmate Karent Sierra in New York City, and as the two brave Hurricane Sandy together, Joanna tells us they are "closer than ever."

"I don't know what [Adriana's] obsession is with Karent," Joanna said. "What wasn't shown [Sunday] is Lisa, Karent, my sister and I were getting ready upstairs before the party. I received a text message saying Joe Francis was there. I told the girls that this guy started rumors years ago he slept with both my sister and I—which wasn't true on my end—and I said, ‘He's going to start some trouble tonight.' So when Karent heard Joe talking smack about me, of course I want to know."

This obviously all led to the now-infamous lingerie throwdown between Adriana and Joanna. But through it all, Joanna still has had Karent's back and doesn't get why the other ladies kept referring to Karent as "the devil."

"I've never felt so comfortable with a woman in such a short time period," Krupa just told us on the phone about her new BFF. "She's amazing; there's nothing to hate."

"One thing [Karent and I] realized during the hurricane is she's very tough when it comes to natural disasters and I'm not. I'm tough with physical disasters!" Joanna said as the two ladies laughed. "She was keeping me calm during the hurricane, and I had her back during the whole season during the show."

Since Joanna is stuck in NYC for a few days, the PETA activist definitely wants to help with Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

"I'm working to see if I can get something going and help the stranded animals that were affected by Sandy," Joanna told us. "My friend Denise Richards is here, so hopefully we're going to be able to do something because that is the priority right now."

The Real Housewives of Miami airs Thursdays at 9 p.m on Bravo.
