Guitarist Ronnie Wood has popped the question to ladylove Sally Humphreys, Reuters reports.

The 65-year-old rocker has been dating 34-year-old Humphreys, a theater producer, since 2011.

This will be the second marriage for Ronnie, who split from ex Jo Wood in 2008 after 23 years of marriage.
