Barrymore, who has flashed her pretty face in CoverGirl ads since 2007, is now interested in taking a more hands-on approach to the beauty business with her own makeup line. According to Women's Wear Daily, the new mom has reportedly created a cosmetics line for Walmart.
And Barrymore isn't cutting any corners when it comes to her new pet project. Together with Walmart, the actress will create the beauty collection from scratch. That comes as no surprise from the busy Barrymore, who also helped codirect CoverGirl's television campaigns in addition to starring in them.
What we do find slightly surprising is the fact that Barrymore, whom we associate with a care-free, hippie-chic style, is partnering with the retail giant to sell her beauty wares.
