Vanessa Macias, who finished fourth last season on the Emmy-winning game show, was charged with driving while intoxicated in Texas, E! News confirms.
A spokeswoman for the San Antonio Police Department said that police pulled over Macias at about 2 a.m. last Friday after she appeared to be driving erratically.
Per the police report obtained by E! News, the officer on the scene noticed the 32-year-old reality star's eyes were "bloodshot and glassy," her speech slurred and asked her to step out of the vehicle after detecting the presence of alcohol.
When she refused to do so and balked at a field sobriety test, Macias was arrested and later admitted to having consumed three mixed drinks that night.
Macias was taken to a nearby police station where she was booked on a misdemeanor DWI. She was released from jail a few hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.
A rep for Amazing Racer was unavailable for comment.
