Here's something that would keep anyone up all night.

Christina Applegate's fiancé, Martyn LeNoble, recently received several tweets that threatened his life.

While it appears the disturbing messages have since been deleted from Twitter, they have been documented nonetheless.

Among those reportedly sent to LeNoble?

"You stole [Christina] away from me. If not for you she would be mine. I will not accept this. I am going to kill you!" and "You think this is a joke? I want to see how funny you think I am when I blow your f--king head off!"

Meanwhile, in other Applegate-related news, the actress is opening about the "total emotional collapse" she endured following her double mastectomy in 2008.

In the new issue of More magazine, the Up All Night star reveals that much of it had to do with news of her surgery becoming public before the anesthetic had even worn off.

"I was walking with my little IV drip thing, in my little robe," Applegate recalls. "My friend said he saw someone take a picture of me. The next day I got a call from my publicist, who said, 'It's out.'"

As a result, the actress decided it might be best to share her experience overcoming breast cancer. "The good thing is that we got the information out, but talking about the fact of the disease I didn't have to see what was going on with me," she points out. "I think when it slowed down, all of that came crashing down."

Christina dishes on motherhood

Fortunately, Applegate says the support of family, close friends and spiritual adviser helped greatly when it came to recovering both physically and mentally.

Among them? LeNoble.

"We had always cared deeply for one another when we were friends," she says about the Dutch-born Porno for Pyros bassist. "And he came and put me under his wing. That was it—he was supposed to come."

Applegate and LeNoble are parents to 1-year-old daughter, Sadie.
