Lisa Ling Pregnant With Baby Girl, Shows Sonogram to Anderson Cooper

Journalist and husband Dr. Paul Song expecting their first child together; Ling jokes, "My boobs are enormous!"

Lisa Ling is going to be a mommy!

The 39-year-old journalist and former host of The View revealed to Anderson Cooper on Wednesday's Anderson Live that she's pregnant. 

"I was trying to keep it quiet for a long time, but now I'm getting to a point where I just look like I have a beer belly," she said. "So I figured, I better share it publicly before people actually think I have this beer belly."

Ling then showed a sonogram of her and husband Dr. Paul Song's little one literally jumping around in the womb.

"I just hope that this doesn't mean she's a complete spastic child when she grows up," Ling said.

"So, you're saying 'she'?" Cooper noted.

"It's gonna be a girl," said Ling, smiling. "It is a girl!"

Fortunately, Ling's pregnancy has been smooth sailing so far, and she and her husband are already enjoying one pregnancy perk. "My boobs are enormous!" she said. "That's so exciting…and awesome."
