Taylor Swift takes cute and twee to a new level.

Monday morning on Good Morning America, the 22-year-old country-pop star chatted with George Stephanopoulos about the release of her new album, Red. She was quite forthcoming about the struggles of life in the spotlight—but she got a little shy when the conversation got close to the subject of boyfriend Conor Kennedy.

"If you were to write a story about your love life right now—happy song? Sad song?" Stephanopoulos asked.

"I don't really talk about my love life," Swift answered with a smile. "I kind of sing about it a lot—because I really think that it sounds more, more poetic and romantic with music behind it."

"My fans know that I'm gonna give them the real version of what happened to me in my music," she said. "And they know what they read on gossip sites may or may not be true. And they can kind of tell if it's true or not because they know me."

Taylor admitted that there "is sort of a pressure not to make a mistake…And I'm at an age where you're supposed to be, like, learning lessons and all that and making mistakes and it's OK," she said. "But it's...I really have to minimize the mistakes that I make because it's important that I...I have these people that count on me."

In the GMA hot seat, Taylor revealed a slew of fun facts about herself.

Her first celebrity crush? "Taylor Hanson," she answered quickly.

Favorite shows? "CSI, Law & Order, Grey's Anatomy, Girls, The Mindy Project," she said. "I watch so much TV. You have no idea."

Hidden talent? "Antique shopping and putting together my friends' apartments when they're not there."

When asked about her favorite comfort foods, Taylor said, "Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Pop-Tarts."

Impressively, Stephanopoulos remembered that Robert Pattinson also counts Cinnamon Toast Crunch as his favorite comfort food. "Wow!" Taylor gushed. "This is exciting news!"

And when asked what brings a smile to her face, Taylor had a ready answer. "Oh my god, so much," she said. "Mostly, uh, like cats. Mostly cats."

With a cat like Meredith, we can't blame her one bit.
