One Direction's Harry Styles has one seriously stylin' new pad!

The 18-year-old boy bander has reportedly shelled out some mega dough on new digs in North London, clearly goosed by lucrative windfall from the band's record-breaking album sales.

So just how much did he plunk down, and what did he get for it?

One Direction's bigger now than the Beatles—seriously

Quite a handful.

The 2,300-square-foot house, which is located in London's tony Hampstead Heath neighborhood, cost approximately $4.8 million and boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms and three reception rooms.

The two-story pad also has several skylights, a minimalist white kitchen, French doors and a quaint garden with a deck. A big selling point, no doubt, is that the property has high walls, which should shut out the paps' prying lenses.

Band feud alert! Van Halen vs. One Direction

That's quite the upgrade for Styles: Reportedly, he'd previously lived in London's considerably less polished East End.

Hope the heartthrob Brit, who recently showed off his new tattoo, settles in quickly: With One Direction breaking all sorts of chart records, we bet he'll be throwing lotsa big victory bashes for the foreseeable future.

A rep for One Direction had no comment.
