Just like his Twitter fanbase, Justin Bieber's heart keeps on growing.

The 18-year-old superstar took a break from his busy schedule to meet with cancer-stricken fan Crystal Montgomery at a Canadian hospital Tuesday after a Facebook post informed Justin of the ailing Belieber whose dream was to meet the singing sensation.

"It would mean the world to Crystal if you stopped even five minutes to see her, since she is too sick to leave the hospital and attend the concert like her and I had originally planned," Crystal's close friend Joana Antunes posted Saturday in a plea to The Biebs.

And on Monday, Justin took to Twitter to announce that Joana's message was well-received by the do-gooding star:

"Now off to do something that matters. #giveback," he tweeted followed by an Instagram pic of the pop star smiling beside Crystal at the Cross Cancer Institute in Edmonton with the hashtag #bieberforcrystal.

And in typical Bieber fashion, the swaggy star couldn't forget to thank his fans for bringing the cause to his attention:

"Thanks to the fans for always pointing me on the right path. #giveback," he wrote after the hospital visit.

Talk about a stand-up guy!
