Frances Bean Cobain had an unwelcome visitor this weekend.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirms that an intruder was found at the L.A. home of the celebuspawn of Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain, and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of burglary this morning.

Luckily, Cobain was not home when the mystery man decided to enter her personal space. A family member returned to Cobain's house to find the man, who claimed he knew Frances, there, police say.

Frances confirmed with police that she did not know who he was.

So what was he doing at her place? According to police, the intruder was using her washer and dryer and eating her food.

Rude.

UPDATE: Marc James Franco, 22, was charged with one count of first-degree burglary, a felony charge that carries a possible six-year prison sentence if he's convicted, and arraignment was scheduled for Oct. 16. Prosecutors will ask that bail be set at $500,000, per the L.A. District Attorney's Office.
