When we heard Olympian Ryan Lochte, he of the chiseled abs, was going to be on 30 Rock, our first reaction was a big, loud: "Jeah!" 

But then we realized we sounded really silly, so we immediately felt embarrassed. But our awkwardness aside, we are even more excited to show you guys this exclusive first look at Lochte's guest spot on the NBC comedy. And as expected, he's irritating Alec Baldwin, and he's not wearing that much below the neck.
