Would it be too much to make a joke about watching Chicago Fire with burning loins? Probably. But c'mon! This show is full of eye candy, right?
Of course, Dick Wolf's Chicago Fire has much more than just good-looking men and women running around Chicago, putting out fires and rescuing people. Actually, that's mostly what happens in the pilot, save for a few side stories. But was that enough to keep you invested until next week's second episode?
Jesse Spencer and Taylor Kinney lead a large cast of Chicago firefighters and EMT's trying to put out fires in buildings and in their personal lives. When we reviewed the pilot, we thought it needed to get rid of some subplots, but that it definitely had potential. Especially when you throw in a love triangle! "We set up Monica Raymund's character, Dawson—she certainly has affection for Casey (Spencer), who is engaged and repairing things with his fiancé on the show," creator Derek Haas told us. "We're going to throw another peg into that triangle pretty soon."
