It's been a rough few weeks for LeAnn Rimes.

Her Friday night concert in Wendover, Nev., was rescheduled because she was "under anesthesia and [suffering from] a massive infection," she tweeted. And early Sunday morning (around 3 a.m., according to LeAnn's website) the 30-year-old was admitted to the emergency room.

"Feeling much better now, thanks to my husband's best friend who's an ER doc," she explained Sunday. "I've been living in a dental nightmare for 10 months. I'm getting back on track though, I hope. I've had too many detours this year due to dental issues."

"I'm finally in great hands and being well taken care of," she added.

After performing Saturday "to raise money for the Autry museum" and "to help raise money for the cats and dogs at living-free.org," the country star spent Sunday resting. "Thank you for all your support and understanding," she wrote to her fans. "The last 10 months of pain are hard for me to wrap my head around.  I'm sure it's difficult for you all to understand too. Let's just pray I'm on the mend. I'll see you all on the road very soon."

In August, LeAnn checked into a treatment facility to seek help "for anxiety and stress." She's since returned to performing—and walked her first post-rehab red carpet—and even taken to Twitter to support antibullying efforts online.

We wish her the best.
