Love is in the breathable air at John Krasinski and Emily Blunt's new house.
The handsome pair, further proving that the couple who renew energy together stay together, have purchased a green home in Ojai, Calif., for $2.15 million.
The 5-acre property spent had spent 147 days on the market, so Blunt and Krasinski managed to snag it for $480,000 off the asking price. So, you know, they got a bargain—and the place comes with an option to buy eight adjacent acres of land next to the Los Padres National Forest.
The four-bedroom abode boasts mountain views, hardwood floors, four fireplaces, a three-car garage, a state-of-the-art kitchen and a newly built pool and spa.
A solar energy system and a well on the site boost the home's eco-friendly credentials—and its prime location, in walking distance of downtown Ojai, means less time spent burning fuel in a car.
Waste not, but maybe we want a little.
