Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is still on the wagon.

A rep for the Jersey Shore star is shooting down a report by Us Weekly that he was spotted drinking and getting drunk recently at the London Hotel in West Hollywood.

"He as at the pool at the London in a cabana with twelve other people and there was a pitcher of sangria for the other people," the rep said in a statement. "He did not drink any alcohol."

Sorrentino did a stint in rehab earlier this year for what he said was an addiction to prescription painkillers.

He told MTV News in May that alcohol was never a problem for him.

"It was strictly painkillers and I never mixed them either, even on Jersey Shore, which obviously people have seen me with a drink in my hand and I was never drunk," he said. "I was the guy that was the ladies man. You know, you can't get girls if you can't speak to them. So drinking was definitely not an issue for me."

Tomorrow night's premiere of the sixth and final season of Jersey Shore doesn't shy away from Sorrentino's sobriety. He talks about his struggles on camera as do his costars.

Sorrentino told us yesterday that not everyone supported him going back to Seaside Heights after rehab.

"A lot of people said that wasn't a good environment for me," he said. "Actually it was the opposite. I think it was a really good environment because I was so used to being with these guys every summer…This is normality for me."

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro said, "I'm proud that he took the step and he manned up and he was like, 'I need help.'"

Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio acknowledged that Sorrentino's addiction took a toll on their friendship. "We grew apart a little bit," he said. "And then he went and fixed himself, which was great. He came back…and he's my best friend again. I got Mike back."
