When we're promised a new picture of David Beckham, we expect to see the soccer star naked on a rock in the desert. If a desert is not immediately available, we will settle for Beckham naked in a bathtub, as long as there's nothing silly like water in there.
Still, if Beckham must wear clothes—even though he shouldn't—we're happy when he chooses a suit. The only British guy who currently rocks a suit better is Daniel Craig, or maybe Benedict Cumberbatch.
Our point: When we spotted this shot of Mr. Victoria Beckham working the red carpet at the opening celebration for Time Warner Cable SportsNet, we were mildly pleased.
Pleased to see him in a suit. And really, really pleased that Victoria was AWOL for the evening. Hey, girls can dream, can't they?
