The recently single actress will be toting her two Oscars to another location once she unloads her 6,700-square-foot home in the celeb-friendly Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles.
And she stands to make a tidy profit if a buyer meets her $9.5 million asking price!
According to property records, Swank bought the Mediterranean-style mansion for $5.5 million in March 2007, less than a year after she filed for divorce from Chad Lowe.
And what a place to recover from life's drama.
The six-bedroom home includes a gourmet kitchen, a custom home theater, a wine cellar and cigar room, a gym, an outdoor dining area with a fire pit, a pool and spa, and an organic vegetable garden. Nearly every window in the place boasts an ocean view, and there is an expansive terrace.
