The drama just keeps rolling in for Lindsay Lohan.

Not too long after her alleged hit and run incident and hospitalization for a breathing problem, the embattled actress told police she was assaulted inside the W Hotel in New York City early Sunday morning by a man she met at Manhattan nightclub 1Oak, E! News has confirmed.

So, what went down?

Lohan said 25-year-old Christian Labella had taken photos of her on his cell phone while they were hanging out at the hotel with a couple of her friends in her 15th floor room.

When she saw the photos on his phone she confronted him and took his phone, according to WNBC.

The Liz & Dick star said Labella then threw her on the bed, causing scratches, and punched her.

But, it didn't end there.

According to Lohan, she ran out of the room, but at a certain point decided to head back. Labella allegedly attacked Lohan again at that point, choked her, threw her on the ground and climbed on top of her.

A friend who was with Lohan at the time of the incident reportedly pulled LaBella off of her and the actress pulled the fire alarm for help.

Labella was taken into custody after attempting to take off down the stairs, and was charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault and two counts of harassment.

Lohan received medical attention at the hotel.

"Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel," Lohan's rep Steve Honig told E! News. "While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized. The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation."
