In this clip, Jenna (Jane Krakowski) is pressuring Liz (Tina Fey) to be her maid of honor, even though she has plenty of friends who could fill the role. For example, Honey Boo Boo's mom. But it's Liz she wants, and when her best friend hesitates, Jenna uses alternative means to get her to accept her request.
