Ya ever watch Modern Family and wish that some of the family members were aliens? Your wish is ABC's command!

The network's new comedy The Neighbors, which centers on a "normal" family moving into a neighborhood inhabited by aliens in disguise, premiered tonight and while we were, um, less than thrilled by the pilot, we're curious to see how you responded to the new series.

So talk to us: Was The Neighbors far-out or do you want the aliens to move far, far away?

The Weavers needed a change, or at least, that's what Marty (Lenny Venito) thought his wife Debbie (Jami Gertz) meant when she said she wanted him to take initiative. Well, his initiative lands them next door neighbors that are actually aliens, all who have silly athlete names (Larry Bird, Dick Butkis, Jackie Joyner-Kersee, etc.).

So how do the aliens act? Well, they cry out of their ears and men birth the children. When they learn the truth, the Weavers immediately want to move, but change their tune eventually after learning more about their neighbors and realize that although they are from a different planet, they are facing the same family issues. (Kids, are we right?!)

One problem: It's kind of not funny. We expected more from the show's creator Dan Fogelman, the man behind animated hits like Cars and Tangled and the hit comedy Crazy, Stupid, Love. A lot more.

Now it's your turn: Vote in our latest Save It or Sink It poll and then head on down to the comments to tell us what you thought of The Neighbors.
