Jersey Shore's JWoww Engaged—Check Out Her Giant Ring!

Here's some fist-pump-worthy news!

Jersey Shore star Jenni "JWoww" Farley is engaged to boyfriend Roger Mathews.

"We offer our best wishes and a huge congratulations to Jenni and Roger on the news of their engagement," MTV said in a statement sent to E! News. "After seeing the ring, all we can say is 'JWOWW.'"

The happy couple initially confirmed the engagement to InTouch, revealing that Mathews popped the question during a recent skydiving session.

As for the rock? Well, it's pretty spectacular.

"It's more than I ever expected," JWoww told the magazine, which ran a pic of the ring in its latest issue and described it as being more than 5 carats and surrounded by 2.5 carats of pink and white diamonds.

"CONGRATS on the engagement boo! Love you so much," pal Snooki tweeted.

Pauly D also chimed in, writing, "Congrats!!!!! @RogerMathewsNJ @JENNIWOWW I Just Herd The News!!!! They Grow Up So Fast :), as did Sammi Sweetheart: "Can't be more happy for you both!!"

Earlier this month, JWoww actually denied all the engagement speculation that was going around at the time.

"Ummm me and @RogerMathewsNJ are not engaged!!!" she tweeted a few weeks back. "Hopefully one day."

Well, it looks like "one day" is now.
