When it comes to a rumored sex tape showing Kanye West getting some action, it looks like his lawyer is taking action.

A cease-and-desist letter, obtained by AllHipHop News, has reportedly been sent by the rap star's attorney to various media outlets demanding that any images associated with alleged footage of the artist with an ex-girlfriend be taken down ASAP.

"Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West's computer," the statement reads in part. "Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West's rights of privacy and publicity."

Reports of the alleged sex tape began to emerge last week.

E! News has reached out but has yet to hear back from West's rep on the matter.
