Baby Duke (or "The Duke" as Bill Rancic likes to call the little guy) was born three weeks ago today.

And his proud mama, Giuliana Rancic, couldn't be any more in love with her little boy. "He's just the best baby in the world," she gushed to E! News on Wednesday, excitedly sharing a few precious snaps of Baby Rancic with us. "But I'm sure all mothers say that. He's beyond adorable, though. I'm completely enamored."

The new mom and E! News host particularly loves her morning feedings with baby Duke. "At  like seven in the morning, we bring him into our bed, and we'll just be with him for three hours at a time," she said. "It's just great, because he kind of dozes off. We look at each other, and he's just precious. It's a nice bonding time. We put him under the covers with us and just kind of cuddle. It's amazing."

Also amazing? G and B's gestational carrier, Delphine. "She's a wonderful girl," said Giuliana. "She's given us the greatest gift we could ask for."

"Last season [on Giuliana & Bill], we didn't reveal her identity because we didn't want her under any stress while she was pregnant," she said. But now that she's delivered, Delphine "wants to spread the word that surrogacy is a wonderful option."

And despite the fact that Duke isn't yet 1 month old, we asked Giuliana if she and Bill were talking about having more kids. "You know, not yet. One at a time," she said laughingly. "But I've always wanted a big family. Of course I would love to [have more], but not yet."

And even though Giuliana's got her hands full with The Duke, she still committed to raising awareness for early detection of breast cancer. On Thursday, Giuliana will help kick off the P&G GIVE Hope program and the "Do It For the Girls" campaign.

"It's all about early detection," she explained. "If you detect it early, you have a 98 percent five-year survival rate…The key is to find it early. That's what saved my life. Had I waited, had I not been proactive, I wouldn't be so lucky."

"We're just urging women everywhere to take your health in your hands—literally, take it in your own hands," she said. "Do a quick self-exam to see if there's anything that feels funny. When you go to the doctor, ask what you should be doing."

Giuliana will be taking a break from diaper duty on Thursday at 3 p.m. ET to host a "Do It for the Girls" Twitter party. Using the #GIVEhope hashtag, G will discuss the importance of self-exams—and give away some cool prizes.

She's also got her G by Giuliana Rancic collection debuting Friday on HSN, and she'll be hosting E!'s Emmy Awards preshow on Sunday.
