Even when times get tough, Robin Roberts keeps a positive attitude.

The Good Morning America anchor, 51, gave fans an update on her health Tuesday in a heartfelt blog post. "My body is so weak but not my mind," she writes, referencing "the daily chemo/treatment" that "caught up" to her over the weekend.  "YOU give me the courage to keep going."

Tuesday is Roberts' last day of chemo, and Wednesday "is called a day of rest," she writes. "The [bone-marrow] transplant is scheduled for Thursday morning."

In addition to the support she's receiving from her GMA family and fans around the world, Roberts feels the love from "my guardian angels—mom & dad-back together—and blazing a trail ahead of me." (Her mom, Lucimarian Tolliver Roberts, passed away last month at age 88.)

Roberts finishes up her blog post by saying, "Bless you & Onward!"

Her doctor will be on Good Morning America Thursday morning with an update on Roberts' condition. She'll certainly be in our thoughts and prayers!
