Who better to criticize a Ryan Lochte impersonation than the man himself?

Saturday Night Live came back to our TV screens this past weekend after a summer hiatus, with funny man Seth MacFarlane as the host, and to our wonderful surprise, the Family Guy creator took on the Olympic swimmer.

So what did Lochte think?

"Well I gotta admit that was a pretty harsh one, but it's cool to have Seth parody me," the Olympian told Celebuzz. "I think he pegged me wrong, but when I heard he did a skit I knew I was in for it!"

MacFarlene, suited up in an track suit and accessorized with medals around his neck, poked fun at Lochte during SNL by mispronouncing words and giving less-than-credible reviews on TV shows.

He seemed to enjoy NBC's Animal Hospital (or, as he called it, "Monkey Hospital") by giving the show a "three swims" rating while holding up two fingers.

No hard feelings, though. Ryan knows it's all in good fun.

"It's all in fun and of course if I'm talked about on SNL I know they are gonna get me ‘Go-od,'" he said, referencing the way MacFarlane mispronounced the NBC show Go On as "goon" while acting as Lochte.

What did you think of Seth MacFarlane's impersonation? Sound off in the comments!

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
