Another Amanda Bynes Car Mishap. Seriously.

Actress with a suspended license is caught behind the wheel in a very minor accident...again

Amanda Bynes is still driving. And she is still not driving well.

Capping a banner week in which she was chastised by a judge and prosecutors in court over her motoring mayhem and suspended license, warned by police for driving without headlights and then seemingly caught on film smoking something from a pipe while in her automobile, the former All That star now is somehow still behind the wheel and causing a commotion.

Last night, while being trailed by paparazzi, Bynes was involved in yet another minor accident when she lightly tapped the car in front of her with her vehicle in West Hollywood. And the whole thing got captured on video.

In the clip obtained by E! News (and airing tonight at 7 p.m. ET/PT), Bynes is seen exiting a parking structure on Sunset Boulevard in her black BMW, holding what appears to be a blanket over her face (while maneuvering her vehicle) to shield herself from the shutterbugs. She  slowly drives forward once she's out on the road, but accidentally taps the bumper of the white car in front of her.

"You just hit my car are you serious?!" the other driver rages at Amanda. Bynes' response is inaudible in the clip.

Neither party was hurt in the minor accident, and both girls left the scene without exchanging any information. There was no immediate comment from Bynes or her lawyer.

But while it seems a bit mindboggling that the Hairspray star is still driving her Beamer considering that her license is suspended after a DUI arrest and two hit-and-run-incidents, last night's motoring mishap probably won't get Bynes into any more trouble for now.

"Legally, there is no way to know when these pictures were taken," criminal defense attorney Troy Slaten, who isn't connected with any of Bynes' cases, tells E! News. That means that simply the existence of the smoking pics and the latest car video would not trigger any legal action.

Not that Bynes doesn't have enough to worry about.

On Sept. 21, she is set to appear in court for the misdemeanor DUI charge, and on Sept. 27, she'll face a judge for the hit-and-run allegations.

Let's hope she takes a cab.
