Miley Cyrus' unwelcome visitor doesn't think he did anything wrong.

Jason Luis Rivera, the man who claimed to be the singer's husband—a position which is already being held for the one and only Liam Hemsworth—and was caught on her property, pleaded not guilty in court today.

Los Angeles City Attorney spokesperson Frank Mateljan tells E! News that Rivera was arrested on Saturday for trespassing on the front lawn of Cyrushome .

"We charged Rivera today with two counts of trespass PC 602m and PC 602k. Additionally, Rivera ran from the police and we charged on count of PC 148a1."

Police told E! News that Rivera hopped the fence at about 4:10 a.m. early Saturday morning. Luckily, Cyrus was not present at her home, but someone else was and called the authorities.

"He thinks they were married," Lt. Brian Wendling said about the suspect. "And I would say delusional is a good characterization of him."

Rivera's bail is currently set at $100,000 and is due back in court for a bail review on Sept. 17.
