Cohosts show off their fresh faces during today's show

The ladies of The Talk went bare—faced, that is.

Sharon Osbourne, Sara Gilbert, Aisha Tyler, Sheryl Underwood and Julie Chen all decided to ditch the blush, lipstick and false eyelashes for the season three premiere of their show today. 

Instead, the five cohosts went au naturel and even left their wardrobes in the dressing room, wearing bath towels and robes as an alternative. At first, they were a little shy to show off their new look, but it didn't take long before they got comfortable and started chatting it up like a group of women at the day spa.

Plus, this way, they were probably matching with their viewers at home!

"It's refreshing, but tomorrow we'll be right back [wearing makeup]," Underwood joked.
