Miley Cyrus Pushing Incident at Hollywood Club Under Investigation

Pop star accused of shoving man after an argument ensued between Liam Hemsworth and the alleged victim

Uh-oh. Can Miley Cyrus really not be tamed?

The 19-year-old starlet is being accused of pushing a man while hanging out at a popular Hollywood hangout with her fiancé Liam Hemsworth, LAPD Media Relations tells E! News.

According to police, the alleged victim filed a report at around 1:15 a.m. on Sunday morning stating that he was talking to Hemsworth at Beacher's Madhouse and an argument subsequently ensued.

Cyrus then allegedly pushed the victim.

While there were no visible injuries, a battery report was taken.

However, there were no arrests made and police tell us it is an ongoing investigation.

Meanwhile, Cyrus' rep tells E! News: "This claim is completely false and erroneous."

Less than 24 hours earlier, a man claiming to be married to Cyrus was arrested at her residence on suspicion of trespassing after hopping a fence. Fortunately, Cyrus was not home at the time.

Los Angeles City Attorney spokesperson Frank Mateljan tells E! News that the suspect, Jason Luis Rivera, was "charged today with two counts of trespass."

Rivera's arraignment in a Van Nuys, Calif., court is scheduled for later today.
