Catching Fire has found its Beetee.

Jeffrey Wright has landed the part of the brilliant District 3 tribute, also known as "Volts" thanks to his electronics expertise—which he'll no doubt put to good use in the next installment of the Hunger Games franchise based on Suzanne Collins' novels.

Wright's resume is filled with critically acclaimed films—from his riveting performance as artist Jean-Michel Basquiat in 1996's Basquiat and playing Colin Powell in 2008's W. to solid parts in Ali, Syriana, and, more recently, Source Code and The Ides of March. Moviegoers might know him best as 007's CIA agent pal Felix Leiter in the last two James Bond flicks, Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace.

The thespian is the latest addition to Catching Fire's cast, following the announcement of Sam Claflin as dashing District 4 tribute Finnick Odair and Meta Golding as Enobaria, the pointy-toothed District 2 tribute.

The highly anticipated sequel, which hits theaters Nov. 22, 2013, once again stars Jennifer Lawrence in her career-defining role as Katniss Everdeen, along with Philip Seymour Hoffman, Woody Harrelson, Stanley Tucci, Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks and Josh Hutcherson.
