If you missed last night's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, get ready to grab some Kleenex.

We saw early on that Rob Kardashian was struggling to come to terms with his place in the family, feeling like he was constantly being overlooked in favor of his sisters. The tension becoming so terrible that big sis Khloé Kardashian Odom could only see one solution—a therapy intervention.

But it was clear from a fight between Rob and Kim Kardashian that whatever the little brother was going through wasn't going to be solved with a quick fix.

"Kim is literally the most selfish person here," he yelled in the waiting room. "All she cares about is herself."

Yikes. Not easy to bounce back from. In fact, once the therapist got Rob to let his guard down, the real issues at play started to bubble to the surface.

"My anger, a lot of it stems from the working environment, because they all put this cloud on me like I'm a loser," Rob revealed. "I blow up later because when there's a business opportunity, all my mom obviously cares about is the three girls."

It wasn't breaking news to hear that Rob feels like he isn't being given equal treatment when it comes to the family business, but it was the first time we were able to see tiny cracks in his normally strong exterior.

"You look sad," the therapist prodded. "Am I misreading you?"

The question is too emotionally packed for Rob, as he is forced to leave the room, and his family, in tears.

Will Rob be able to work through his problems? Tune in to an all new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians this Sunday at 9 p.m. to find out!
