Giuliana and Bill Rancic: "Baby Watch Has Officially Started!"

Just days into her maternity leave, the E! News host and her hubby are more than prepared for baby to make three

Bill and Giuliana Rancic are more than prepared for baby.

The E! News host and soon-to-be first-time mama may be just days into her well-earned maternity leave from the E! airwaves (miss you already, G!) but the duo is already at the ready just in case baby decides to make three even earlier than they expected.

"On the plane to Denver!" Bill tweeted Monday. "Baby watch has officially started!"

Baby watch, and some last-minute R&R for the duo, who are currently awaiting the birth of their first child.

"Heading out for a hike with @GiulianaRancic here in Colorado," Bill wrote this morning. "Can't go too far. Waiting for that call any day now!"

That makes two of them.

"Can't wait!" Giuliana responded.

Actually, forget just the two of them. The same goes for all of us.
