Miley Cyrus' new haircut isn't the only thing that's smoking.

Hannah Montana herself was snapped puffing on a cigarette Thursday inside a rental car in Philadelphia.

Unlike fellow ex-Disney star Hillary Duff, Miley has yet to claim she was "holding a cigarette for my friend." Then again, Miley's had a salvia scandal and joked about being a stoner, whereas the real-life Lizzie McGuire remains squeaky-clean.

We get it though, Miley girl: You can't be tamed! Just remember that while edgy, platinum blond locks are totally hot, yellow teeth and smoker's breath are not.
