Craving more adventures of playthings come to life, now that Woody and Buzz Lightyear have retired to the happiness of a new toy box? What luck! Because the upcoming flick Toys in the Attic delivers stop-motion adventure in the vein of the Toy Story franchise.

The film takes place in the magical world of toys and knick-knacks stored in the attic, where Buttercup the doll is kidnapped by the ruler of the Land of Evil (a human-faced bug hybrid that will surely give you nightmares). Naturally, Buttercup's pals—voiced by the likes of Forest Whitaker and Joan Cusack—set out to rescue her!

The film, which was originally produced in the Czech language, hits select markets Sept. 7, 2012.
