E! News has exclusively learned Seth Rogen and his wife have been granted a permanent restraining order against a man who tried to get inside the couple's home last month.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted the permanent restraining order by stipulation against Yasin Ajani this morning.

Rogen's wife, Lauren Miller, secured a temporary order of protection for the couple back in July against the 30-year-old Ajani, who allegedly tried to gain access to the inside of their home twice when the couple were out, both times saying he had a package for Miller and that she had said he could go inside.

"I live in fear that he will return," Miller stated in her petition. "I have difficulty sleeping and look for [Ajani] whenever I come and go from my house."

E! News has reached out to Miller's attorney for comment.
