Wes Scantlin has found himself in a little more hot water.
A bench warrant hold was issued for the Puddle of Mudd frontman on Wednesday after the singer failed to appear in court to show proof he enrolled in a drug rehab program, E! News has exclusively learned. His attorney, however, was present.
Scantlin is now ordered to appear in court on Aug. 17 to have the bench warrant lifted.
The rocker pled guilty to his felony cocaine charge in early July and, in exchange, the Los Angeles District Attorney's office dropped his two misdemeanors—under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license.
Scantlin is currently under 18 months' deferred judgment, which includes a drug counseling program. The DA's office says if he completes the program, the charges could be dropped.
