For Khatuna Lorig, the odds were not in her favor on Thursday.

The U.S. archer failed to earn a medal at the Olympics in London today, placing fourth during the women's individual competition.

Of course, if Lorig's name isn't exactly familiar, her talents definitely are: She was the one who trained Jennifer Lawrence in archery for her role in The Hunger Games.

Despite today's loss, though, Lorig is still a decorated Olympian.

She already has a bronze from the team competition 1992 games, and the fourth-place showing was her personal best in the individual competition.

It's a good thing Katniss Everdeen never had to face the likes of Lorig in the arena.
