If this paparazzo thinks he's going to get money out of Lindsay Lohan, if you ask her, he's got another thing coming.

The starlet fired back this week at Grigor Balyan, the shutterbug who sued her last January alleging her driver, Paola Demara, recklessly struck him with her car two years ago as Lohan sped off from a Hollywood nightclub.

Per court docs obtained by E! News, Lohan's attorney, Julia Azrael, says she denies "each and every allegation" listed in his complaint filed on Jan. 10, 2012, including that Balyan "sustained damages in the sum or sums alleged."

According to LiLo's camp, Balyan was "negligent in his conduct at the time of the accident and carelessly put himself near a moving automobile in order to photograph [Lohan] and that [Balyan's] conduct was the cause of his injuries."

Lohan's lawyers are asking that the pap's suit be dismissed.

When asked to comment, Neil Steiner, an attorney for Balyan, told E! News, "It's a typical answer...and I assume it's just another case that will work its way through the courts and get resolved.

"It's unfortunate that Miss Lohan was involved…but it's just a motor vehicle accident," he added. "My client was struck by a vehicle, he was injured, he'll get compensated and we'll move on."
