No doubt doing publicity for the second Breaking Dawn movie in the fall is going to be, well, really awkward.

But before we see Kristen Stewart, 22, and Robert Pattinson, 26, navigate their way through the final flick of the Twilight franchise, R.Pattz has Cosmopolis to think about. The David Cronenberg-directed indie is set to hit U.S. theaters on Aug. 17.

A report earlier today claimed that Pattinson has ditched an unidentified press appearance for Cosmopolis.

However, his rep insists Pattinson hasn't canceled any of his commitments.

"Cosmopolis is a film that Robert is very proud of and looks forward to supporting," the rep said in a statement. "No confirmed engagements have been canceled. Any reports to the contrary are inaccurate."

The studio apparently had tentatively scheduled a press junket in L.A. for the movie over the Aug. 10 weekend, but the plans have now been scrapped, according to a studio rep.

It's still unclear if the movie will have any red carpet premieres.

Pattinson attended the movie's world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in May with Stewart also on hand to support her then-boyfriend.
