It looks like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Adrienne Maloof may no longer be living up to the wife part of her title.
The reality TV star and her husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, are splitting after 10 years of marriage.
E! News confirms that Nassif filed papers seeking legal separation from Maloof on July 30 in Los Angeles Superior Court.
While Nassif states the couple married on May 2, 2002, he does not list a date of separation. He is seeking joint custody of their three children—9-year-old Gavin and 6-year-old twins Christian and Collin.
Nassif cites irreconcilable differences for the breakdown of the marriage.
"I'm so sorry that this is happening, but my children are my life, and sometimes we need to do what's best for them," Maloof told RadarOnline after news of the split broke on Sunday.
"It's an unfortunate situation," Maloof added. "But I have to have my kids' best interest at heart."
No immediate word if the couple plans to divorce at this point. Calls to both Maloof and Nassif were not immediately returned.
