At most sporting arenas, the action is on the field. But at several Olympics events over the coming days, the main attraction will likely be in the bleachers.

That's because Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry will be showing their team spirit by cheering on homegrown British athletes at several sporting events, and E! News has learned exactly which ones they plan to attend beginning this Friday in London.

Start warming up your eyeballing muscles, and checking the TV schedule, because here's where you can find them.

All three, who will serve as official ambassadors to Team Great Britain, will be attending both the opening and closing ceremonies. They'll also be stopping by track-and-field events, as well as equestrian matches, where they'll no doubt be rooting for cousin Zara Phillips, who'll be competing.

As a couple, Will and Kate will make a date of it at tennis and swimming events, while Prince Harry is expected to go solo to catch both diving and beach-volleyball competitions.

Prince William is keeping it light when it comes to going stag: He plans to catch a soccer (cough, cough—football) match.

Kate, on the other hand, will try to run faster than Lolo Jones when it comes to zipping to events: On her own, the duchess is scheduled to attend hockey, gymnastics, sailing and synchronized-swimming matches (whew!)

Of course, all three will also be squeezing in the requisite morale-boosting meetings with athletes, along with appearances at various receptions.

We're already huffing and puffing just looking at their schedules—somebody give these busy royals gold medals for endurance!
