This certainly gives new meaning to "best in show."
Funnyman Fred Willard was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly engaging in a lewd act at an adult theater.
The LAPD Hollywood Division tells E! News that at about 8:50 p.m., uniformed Vice Unit officers were conducting an inspection at the Tiki Theater when they observed the 72-year-old comedic star conducting himself inappropriately.
Willard was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Police did not give specifics regarding the lewd act.
Willard is best known for his work in such films as Best in Show, This Is Spinal Tap, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy and Waiting for Guffman.
