Jenny McCarthy has always been a Windy City girl, having grown up in Chicago.
But now that she's found love again with new boyfriend and Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher, rumor has it the 39-year-old actress and former Playboy Playmate is packing up her Los Angeles residence and moving with her 10-year-old son, Evan, to Chi-town.
But is she really giving up the L.A. limelight for the cold climes of Lakeshore Drive and the Midwest? Well, E! News looked into it and can say the reports are definitely...
True! McCarthy's camp confirmed her plans to E! News.
"Jenny is relocating with her son to the Chicago area for the foreseeable future," her rep tells us. "She will not be in the city, but not far from where she grew up and has many friends and family nearby. She will commute to L.A. and New York for work."
As it happens, the funny blond beauty already got a preview of the Chicago heat as she was photographed hanging out poolside last Thursday in a polka-dot bikini—this after gracing the cover of Playboy's July-August issue. And fittingly, she'll be back there this weekend with her beau to host a summer soiree event sponsored by CÎROC Vodka celebrating Playboy magazine "in the city where it all began."
McCarthy, who was the magazine's Playmate of the Year in 1993, has been seeing the 34-year-old Urlacher since April. She's currently on the small screen hosting season two of NBC's reality series Love in the Wild.
