Katy Perry Does Karaoke, Takes on Will Smith's "Miami"

Singer joins a friend on Catalina Island for a playful rendition of the 1998 classic

Katy Perry continues to show her appreciation for the Beverly Hills, 90210 decade.

Just days after attending a '90s-themed birthday bash, the pop star was obviously still feeling a bit nostalgic.

She and a friend were spotted taking on Will Smith's "Miami" at a karaoke bar on Catalina Island off the coast of California on Monday.

While the footage is a bit grainy, you can nevertheless hear as Perry and her pal playfully belt out the lyrics to the 1998 ditty.

At the end, the "Wide Awake" singer yells into the mic: "I love my best friend!"

And thanks to moments like this, we can't help but love Katy Perry! (More than we already do, that is.)
