And we have no doubt that this 33-year-old stunner is also prepared to transition into bona fide fashion designer when Holmes and Yang, her line with longtime stylist Jeanne Yang, launches this fall.
But just in case Tom Cruise's ex needs any words of encouragement from fashion's elite, we got some advice from famed designers Nanette Lepore and Rebecca Minkoff.
Their tips?
"I'd say to take it slowly," Minkoff told E! News Tuesday at Project Runway's tenth anniversary party in NYC. "And these early moments are so exciting, so savor every bit of them. It goes by really fast."
According to WWD, Holmes will present her first collection this September during New York Fashion Week. And she better get ready.
"You get two minutes to enjoy your fashion show," Minkoff said. "And it's right before the models go out and you see them all in their last looks. That's the best part, so take in that moment."
Lepore offered similar words of wisdom to the Dawson's Creek alum. "Keep it small," she said. "And make it in New York City."
