It's time for a change, y'all!

Located in Fort Worth, Texas, this nearly 15-acre, 6,880-square foot private country spread just hit the market for a moderate (in celebrity money) $1.495 million.

So, who's the Lone Star state native singing her way into the real-estate sphere?

Hint: She recently made American Idol history. And no, we're not talking about Jennifer Lopez

It's Kelly Clarkson!

The original American Idol winner recently passed Carrie Underwood for the bestselling Idol single of all time, and perhaps the songstress decided to celebrate with some stronger digs.

Built in 1993, the casually elegant estate sits on more than 14-acres of land. Inside, the four-bedroom, six-bathroom home boasts dual master suites, a theater room and a gym. The serene exterior features a large private pond, walking trails, dog runs, tree house, and both lap and diving pools, and was mostly customized by Clarkson, a real estate source tells E! News. Clarkson picked up the property in 2008 for a similar price.

No surprise that Clarkson is being torn away from her native Texas—the two-time Grammy winner has been busy coaching new talent on the reality singing competition, Duets. John Legend and Robin Thicke also serve as judges on the show.

Well, that's one mystery down. Now, wouldn't it be nice if the American Idol shake-up was that simple to solve?!
