Oh Smash, you beautiful, crazy show. Don't ever change. Actually, maybe just change a little.

We've been letting you sound off this week with our Fantasy Showrunner series, and here's your chance to sing about Smash. What needs to be scrapped? And what is practically perfect in every way? Yep, we're dropping musical Mary Poppins references, y'all.

Never in recent history that we can remember have we seen a show that has had such highs and lows in its freshman season. From a near perfect pilot, to a bit of a mess in the middle, and back to a fantastic finale. Smash has charmed us with amazing musical numbers and horrified us with scheming assistants who poison movie stars. (Really? Who does that?) This show has it all, but is it not necessarily in a good way?

Obviously the big bosses at NBC saw some room for improvement in season two because they've hired former Gossip Girl executive producer Josh Safran. And he's already begun to clean house by booting scheming Ellis (Jaime Cepero), leading man Michael Swift (Will Chase), Karen's (Katharine McPhee) cheating ex Dev (Raza Jaffrey) and Julia's (Debra Messing) hubby Frank (Brian d'Arcy James). It was a veritable Broadway bloodbath!

But will these changes be enough? Is the show best when it's focused on Marilyn:The Musical? Should Julia's son be sent off to boarding school? Was Ivy's (Megan Hilty) possible suicide attempt taking her to a dark place, or was her seducing Dev even worse? We want your brilliant opinions, so tell us what you'd change. Or if you enjoy hate watching this show too much to change anything, tell us that too!

The best and brightest ideas will be featured next week in our Smash Fantasy Showrunner results post. Tweet @kristindsantos or email tvdiva@eonline.com to get your opinion heard. And there's still time to get your brilliant suggestions in on all our Fantasy Showrunner shows!

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
