Wynonna Judd's got daddy issues—and she wants a judge to help sort them out.

The country songbird has sued her ex-stepfather over what she claims is an unpaid loan she shelled out to cover the mortgage on his home in Louisville, Ky., according to published reports.

Adding to the family drama? Her ex-stepfather also happens to be Ashley Judd's dad. Oh, sister!

Wynonna alleges that Michael Ciminella defaulted on payment on a $200,000 loan he secured against his house back in 1994, and that it's now ballooned to $242,051 with interest, which she is seeking.

She is also reportedly asking that the house, which is located in Old Louisville, be foreclosed in order to help pay back the loan.

Ciminella's attorney, on the other hand, has a different take on the case, telling The Courier-Journal, which first reported the lawsuit, that the money was actually a gift and not a loan, and that the singer has never asked for payment until now.

Last month, Wynonna tied the knot with drummer Cactus Moser—her third walk down the aisle—but neither Ashley nor their mother, Naomi Judd, was in attendance.
