You're aware of our problem with purple jumpsuits, right?

Doesn't matter how sleek you are—you will end up looking like Rerun at a skydivers convention if you put one on. And yet we think we've found the lone human being who could get away with wearing such a getup—or any getup, actually.

And that person is Diane Kruger. Take a look at what she tried on this week alone.

Starting with the bodycon frock that the German beauty wore to a screening of Farewell, My Queen in New York. We love everything about this shimmery, silver Azzedine Alaia, including the fact that Kruger knew not to accessorize it with anything other than a white clutch and her dazzling self.

Onward.

We're not crazy about the baby blue Chanel dress that Kruger paired with a black newsboy cap and metallic clutch for a trip to the French label's Couture fashion show. But the actress still managed to rock that unfortunate ensemble—possibly because she's Diane Friggin Kruger.

Lastly, there's this Muppet-trimmed floor-length white number from Marchesa. Kruger wore the dress—and her boyfriend, Joshua Jackson—to a charity gala in Monaco benefiting muscular dystrophy patients.

A shorter creature, or a rounder creature, or any other sort of creature, would have looked like a pregnant egret in this. Diane Kruger, being Diane Kruger, did not. She even managed to add some Jacob & Co. statement jewelry without looking overdone.

So, which look from the past week is your fave?
