Another crash for Sandra Bullock (and no, we're not referring to the 2004 film).

A Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority bus collided with a truck associated with production of Bullock's latest flick today in Roxbury, Mass, E! News confirms.

According to the Boston Emergency Medical Services, six ambulances responded to the scene.

Read on to hear how everyone's feeling after the chaotic crash, plus more info on Bullock's bad-luck-production streak.

A spokesperson for the Boston Emergency Medical Services tells E! News that they "responded to an accident involving a MBTA bus and a truck outside the Roxbury Municipal Courthouse this morning around 9:30 a.m. EST. Fifteen people were treated (including the driver of the vehicle), 10 were placed on stretchers and 11 were taken to the hospital."

A crew member working on the as-yet untitled Bullock film, which costars Melissa McCarthy and is being directed by Bridesmaids helmer Paul Feig, was one of the 15 who sought medical attention, a rep for 20th Century Fox told E! News.

The incident was unrelated to the film's production, the studio added.

Steve McDonald of the Boston Fire Public information office tells E! News that 60-foot-long bus collided with the production truck parked outside an interior movie location. The Transit Police are currently investigating the cause of the accident.

Currently, there are no status updates on the condition of the injured parties, but the Boston Emergency Medical Services spokesperson understands that none of the injuries were life-threatening.

According to the Boston Fire Department Twitter account, media were already present at the scene for "a high profile arraignment and the movie is being filmed next door." The BFD also tweeted that none of the injuries are life-threatening.

Bystanders at the busy intersection snapped photos and took to Twitter to report on the accident and comment on Bullock's connection:

"Is there a bad accident every time Sandra Bullock films in Massachusetts," one onlooker tweeted.

And this savvy Twitter user has a point—this isn't the first time that a car crash has been associated with a Bullock film in Massachusetts. In 2008, Sandra and then-husband Jesse James were hit in a head-on collision in Gloucester, where Bullock was in town filming The Proposal.

Here's hoping the injured parties have a speedy recovery and this is the last of Bullock's bad luck in the Bay State.
